Ⅰ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR鋼板簡介

12Cr2Mo1VR鋼板是中低溫壓力鋼板，廣泛應用于石油、化工、電站,鍋爐等行業(yè),國內舞鋼生產。

12Cr2Mo1VR steel plate is medium and low temperature pressure steel plate, widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, boiler and other industries, domestic Wukang production.

Ⅱ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差

鋼板的尺寸、外形及允許偏差應符合GB/T 709--2006的規(guī)定；根據需方要求，經供需雙方協(xié)議，可供應偏差更嚴格的鋼板；鋼板按理論重量交貨，理論計重采用的厚度為鋼板允許的big厚度和一顆影厚度的算術平均值，計算用鋼板密度為7.85g/cm3。

Ⅲ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR交貨狀態(tài)：正火+回火或淬火+回火（調質）

正火N：將鋼板加熱至適宜溫度在空氣中進行冷卻跟退火相似

回火T :將鋼板在某一適當溫度下進行長時間保溫在冷卻

淬火Q:是將鋼板加熱保溫和在水油或其他無機鹽等介質中快速冷卻

產地：舞鋼，執(zhí)行標準為GB/T 713-2014。

Ⅵ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR表面質量

鋼板表面不允許存在裂紋、氣泡、結疤、折疊和夾雜等對使用有害的缺陷。鋼板側面不得有分層。

Ⅶ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR鋼板應用范圍：

廣泛應用于石油、化工、電站,鍋爐等行業(yè),用于制作反應器、換熱器、分離器、球罐、油氣罐、液化氣罐、核能反應堆壓力殼、鍋爐汽包、液化石油氣瓶、水電站高壓水管、水輪渦殼等設備及構件。
