WSI社會責(zé)任審核有著自己獨(dú)特的單個(gè)問題評分要求以及終WSI總的評分。
單個(gè)問題點(diǎn)依據(jù)嚴(yán)重程度分成:零容忍(ZIV)、重大違規(guī)(CIV)、嚴(yán)重違規(guī)(SIV)、需要提高(NIV)。
終WSI驗(yàn)廠綜合評分將依據(jù)工廠出現(xiàn)問題的嚴(yán)重程度再次進(jìn)行評價(jià),從好的結(jié)果往下分成ABCDZTV5個(gè)等。旦工廠終評分達(dá)到或者低于C,將會面臨復(fù)審甚至停單和限制出貨的嚴(yán)重后果。

WSI驗(yàn)廠審核工廠的整改(CAP)管理進(jìn)程
(1) Factory responsible for completion of their CAP 工廠有責(zé)任按時(shí)完成整改
(2) Auditor to provide guidance during closing meeting 審核員在總結(jié)會議上提供切實(shí)可行的指導(dǎo)建議
(3) Review violations as per severity ratings & prioritize accordingly按輕重緩急安排違規(guī)項(xiàng)的整改
(4) Develop corrective and preventive action plan for each violation針對每項(xiàng)提供整改和預(yù)防措施
Corrective Action= 找出原因進(jìn)行整改 確定不合規(guī)項(xiàng)
Preventive Action = 找出根源,從根本上消除不合規(guī)項(xiàng),防患于未然
(5) Assign timeline & person responsible for correction of each violation 確定時(shí)間和負(fù)責(zé)人針對每違規(guī)項(xiàng)進(jìn)行整改
(6) Send duly completed CAP back to auditor within 15 days. 將完整的整改報(bào)告于15天內(nèi)發(fā)給審核員
(7) Track and correct all violations as per the timelines determined 按計(jì)劃時(shí)間安排所有的違規(guī)項(xiàng)的整改
(8) Follow-up audit date determined by auditor as per correction timelines committed in CAP 根據(jù)整改報(bào)告(CAP)的時(shí)間由審核員來決定跟進(jìn)審核的時(shí)間
(9) Factory responsible to confirm and pay Omega/Elevate directly for follow up audit (Follow up audit rate@ $850)跟進(jìn)審核的費(fèi)用由工廠直接付給Omega/Elevate (大約USD850)
