符合全球海上遇險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)（GMDSS）船用無(wú)線電通信設(shè)備技術(shù)要求。
"16"頻道為紅色獨(dú)立的按鍵為求救頻道。
技術(shù)條件依據(jù)是：IMOA.809（19）、GB15304-94、IEC61097-12、MSC.149（77）
設(shè)備外部設(shè)有符合A.809（19）附件1第13條這規(guī)定的標(biāo)簽。
