方管拋光機是對方管和矩形金屬管材進行表面拋光的設備。經過拋光的方管/矩形管能夠達到鏡面效果。

圓管拋光機的機組構成/The composition of the tube polishing machine：

拋光機組由上料架、拋光機、下料架等3部分組成。上料架負責將待拋光的管材放置好，然后向拋光機組送料。拋光機組主要是對管材進行外表面進行拋光，通過拋光輪和拋光蠟的結合，是管材表面達到鏡面效果。下料架就是負責將拋光后的管材進行集中收集，然后打包。

方管拋光機工作原理/Square tube polishing machine working principle：

當管材進入拋光機組后，管材由拋光機上面的牌坊予以固定，水平牌坊固定管材的上下兩個面，立牌固定管材的左右兩個面。管材在拋光機組的前進移動由水平牌坊的膠輪提供，電機將動力提供給渦輪減速機，渦輪減速機通過萬向軸將動力傳給水平軸，然后帶動管材前進。而拋光輪由電機驅動，也是按照上下、左右4個面的布局對管材進行拋光處理。
